PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a new method and apparatus for manufacturing DybNd2-aPraFe14B1 (2≥a≥0, 0.5>b>0) or TbbNd2-aPraFe14B1(2≥a≥0, 0.5>b>0) from a eutectic material consisting of Dy or Tb and Fe and a light rare earth element compound of Nd2-aPraFe14B1 (2≥a≥0).SOLUTION : The new method is provided for manufacturing DybNd2-aPraFe14B1(2≥a≥0, 0.5>b>0) or general formula TbbNd2-aPraFe14B1(2≥a≥0, 0.5>b>0). The light rare earth compound sintered magnet expressed in Nd2-aPraFe14B1 (2≥a≥0) is arranged near the eutectic material consists of Dy or Tb and Fe, which is processed under the temperature condition of 900 to 1, 020°C, and fabrication is made without forming Dy or Tb films on the surface of the light rare earth element compound.COPYRIGHT : (C)2011, JPO&INPIT
