PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnetic molding which maintains high magnetic characteristics (coercive force), and is further superior in heat resistance in a motor environment etc. SOLUTION : A rare-earth magnet molding includes magnet particles and an insulating phase present between the magnet particles.
