PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To produce a nano-composite magnet without using any rare earth element. SOLUTION : A magnetic particle 10 has a core part 11 that is a soft magnetic phase containing Fe and a shell part 12 that is a hard magnetic phase containing ε-Fe2O3 and covers at least a part of the core part 11. The magnetic particle 10 is produced by oxidizing a surface of a Fe powder. Thus, the magnetic particle 10 can be produced by oxidizing Fe, without using any rare earth element. By producing a sintered magnetic or a bond magnetic using the magnetic particle 10, the nano-composite magnet can be produced without using any rare earth element. COPYRIGHT : (C)2011, JPO&INPIT
