The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to devices for pressing powder rare-earth permanent magnets, in particular from alloys of Nd-Fe-b of.
Device for compacting powder rare-earth magnets has matrix, made from non-magnetic material with ferromagnetic insert, ferromagnetic punch, upper and lower magnetic circuit with holes for arrangement of respectively punch and insert, source of magnetic field, made from permanent magnets from alloy Nd-Fe-b of, interconnected by means of magnetic circuits with formation of unlike poles between upper and lower parts of matrix and between punch and insert, the lower and upper magnetic circuits are embraced by holder, made from diamagnetic material.
The proposed design of device for pressing powder rare-earth magnets allows to increase intensity of magnetic field in working space of device on 10 - 13% as compared with the known devices.
