PURPOSE : A heat resistant coating member, a manufacturing method of the same and a processing method using the same are provided to prevent the peeling of a resistant coated member including rare earth materials contained oxide.CONSTITUTION : A heat resistant coating member comprises follows. Rare earth materials contained oxide is coated on a material. The rare earth element oxide of a coating layer is less than 80~100 weight%%. Other metal oxide is laminated on the heat resistant coating member. The composition of the rare earth element oxide comprises one or more kinds of Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Gd.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
