PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a low-level radioactive product which can effectively obtain a radiation hormesis effect by a production method more inexpensive than conventional methods. SOLUTION : The method comprises fixing a low-level radioactive substance to a predetermined site by a screen printing method using mixed ink produced by mixing a screen printing ink with a micropowder of a low-level radioactive substance. The method is characterized in that a rare earth-containing mineral radiating low-level radiation is made into a micropowder having a diameter of a level which passes through a mesh of a stencil plate (60 to 100 meshes) for screen printing, and mixed into a screen printing ink.
