PURPOSE : A composition for cement addition emitting special electromagnetic waves is provided to maintain agreeable inner circumstances by neutralizing harmful materials and to prevent various diseases caused by cement toxicity. CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing a composition for cement addition emitting special electromagnetic waves comprises the steps of : mixing 20 weight% total of platinum stone, titanium stone, monazite, magnetite stone and rare-earth stone powder, 30 weight% total of tourmaline, morganite, corallite, grain stone, and apatite powder, 15 weight% total of Ni, Mn, Fe, Cu, CoO, and Cr powder, and 15 weight% total of zeolite and illite; mixing the mixture with a binder and molding; plasticizing the molding product at 500-1300°C; and cooling and pulverizing the plastic object.
