FIELD : metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE : invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to the production of nickel-based high-temperature alloys, and can be used in the manufacture of blades, discs, sashes and other parts of gas turbine engines. Method for the production of nickel-based high-temperature alloys includes melting of charge materials in vacuum, conducting, high-temperature vacuum melt treatment at a pressure of 10-2–10-4 mmHg and temperatures of 1600–1750 °C for at least 3 minutes, the introduction of refining additives into it and filtration of the melt through a heated ceramic foam filter. As refining additives, one or more alkaline earth metals are introduced into the melt in an amount of not more than 0.025 % of each mass of the melt in the following sequence : barium, calcium, magnesium with a holding time of at least 2 minutes after the introduction of each metal, after which, one or more rare-earth metals are introduced in an amount of 0.01–0.3 % by weight of the melt, and not more than 0.1 % of each. Optionally, after melting of carbon-containing materials in vacuum, a decarburizing refining of the melt is carried out.
EFFECT : decreases the content of oxygen and nitrogen, as well as alkaline earth metals; increases the long-term strength of carbon-free and carbon-containing nickel-based high-temperature alloys; yield of single crystal for nickel-based casting single-crystal high-temperature alloys also increases.
