TECHNOLOGICAL LINE FOR PROCESSING OF RADIOACTIVE WASTES OF THE RARE-METAL PRODUCTION

The proposed useful model relates down the equipment for the processing, the neutralization and the deactivation of radioactive wastes, which are formed during the chlorination of [loparitovykh] concentrates - radioactive salt solutions and shop washing waters. Technological line for processing of radioactive wastes of rare-metal production, includes the composite tank- averagers of solutions from the hydro-wash-out of the worked out fusion of salt irrigating filter (SOFAS) and of shop washing waters, the reactor for the preliminary working of the opening of salt irrigating filter, supplied for the sake of [rN]- meter and heating device, having the connections through the measuring hopper for the sake of the tank for the preparation of the solution of high-molecular flocculant, vacuum nutsch filter, reactor- neutralizers, supplied for the sake of heating devices and [rN]- meters, connected with the tank for preparation and dosage of the solution of hydroxide of sodium, pressure filter [FP]-1 for the isolation of radioactive fallout from the pulp from the neutralization of solutions from the hydro-wash-out of the worked out fusion OF SOFAS and pressure filter [FP]-2 for the isolation from the pulp from the neutralization of shop washing waters of sediment, mixing and drying chambers and calcincing furnace, in this case, output based on the unloading bunker of pressure filter [FP]-1 it is directed down the transport bucket, connected with the mixing device, the latter is supplied for the sake of the measuring hoppers of chloride of magnesium, hydroxide and/or oxide of magnesium, and after mixing device is established technological unit for heat treatment and extrusion of composition mixture.
