PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a thin film having a quadruple perovskite compound and having desirable magnetic properties, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION : A laminate 10 comprises : a single crystal substrate 12 consisting of a compound having a lattice constant of 3.5-3.8A in a pseudo-cubic crystal notation; and a thin film 14 consisting of a compound laminated on the substrate 12 and represented by the following formula (1).
