PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a thin film having a quadruple perovskite compound and having desirable magnetic properties, and a method for manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION : A laminate 10 comprises : a single crystal substrate 12 consisting of a compound having a lattice constant of 3.5-3.8A in a pseudo-cubic crystal notation; and a thin film 14 consisting of a compound laminated on the substrate 12 and represented by the following formula (1). RCu3(Mn4-xMx)O12...(1), [where, R shows a rare earth element, a combination of two or more kinds of rare earth elements or a combination of one or more kinds of rare earth elements and Ca (a proportion of Ca occupied to R is 50% or less); M shows one kind of elements selected from a group consisting of Al, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Ru and Re; and 0≤x≤2 is satisfied.]
