FIELD : chemistry.SUBSTANCE : present invention relates to methods of producing solid extraction agents of metal salts for extraction chromatography and hydrometallurgy. The invention describes a method of producing solid extraction agents for extracting rare metals from acidic solutions, involving radical polymerisation of styrene and divinylbenzene in the presence of an extraction agent and a polymerisation initiator with dispersion in an aqueous starch solution and subsequent extraction of the extraction agent.
