A herbicidal composition which is highly safe to crop plants and which is capable of controlling weed roblematic in fields such as paddy fields, upland fields and non-agricultural fields over a wide range from re-emergence to post-emergence is described. The composition comprises component A which is 3-[(5-difluoromethoxy-l-methyl-3-triflu 0 r 0 methylpyraz 0 l4- yl)methylsulfonyl)-4, 5-dihydro-5, 5-dimethylisoxazole or its salts, at least one component B selected from acetyl CoA carboxylase inhibitors, branched chain amino acid synthesis inhibitors, photosystem II inhibitors, protoporphyrin synthesis inhibitors, 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate oxidase inhibitors and carotenoid synthesis inhibitors, cell divisional inhibitors and ultralong chain fatty acid synthesis inhibitors, and auxin synthesis inhibitors or their salts, and at least one component C selected from glyphosate, glufosinate, atrazine, dicamba, carfentrazone-ethyl and flumioxazin or their salts.
