Martensitic stainless steel alloy that consists, in combination, weight, in : from the 0.1 to 0.3% of carbon (c), from the 8 to 17% of cobalt (Co), from the 6 to 12% of chromium (Cr), from the 0 to 10% of nickel (Nor), of the 1.0 until less than 3% of molybdenum (Mo), less than 3% of tungsten (w) in an amount to form basic carbides M2C of Cr-Mo-W, the 0.1 until less than 0.8% of vanadium (v), less than 0.3% of niobium (Nb), the 0.01 to 0.05% of titanium (You); and optionally less than 1% of silicon (If), less than 0.5% of manganese (Mn), less than 0.15% of copper (Cu), less than 0.2% of tantalum (Ta), less than 0.2% of lanthanum () or other elements of rare earth, less than 0.15% of zirconium (Zr), less than 0.005% of boron (b), less than 0.02% of sulphur (s), less than 0.012% of phosphorus (p), less than 0.015% of oxygen (o), less than 0.015% of nitrogen (n), and combinations of the same; and the rest is additional iron (Faith) and impurities; characterized by a microstructure that mainly includes a carbide dispersion M2C on nanometric scale which they have a diameter inferior to ten nanometers in which M is selected of the group that consists of Cr, Mo, V, W, when it is present Nb, when it is present Ta, and combinations of the same; excluding alloys such that include/understand from the 0 to 5% of nickel.
