PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for reducing CO2 on a scale of earth by enriching the marine surface layer part by mixing sea water with high nutrients in the marine deep layer part with seawater in the marine surface part to increase phytoplankton generated in the proximity of the marine surface part by the enrichment, and thereby performing the photosynthesis of increased phytoplankton.
SOLUTION : The method comprises the step of continuously generating Nambu-Goldstone particles and much "tunnel photon coagulation" existing at the surroundings of materials with high nutrients such as fine protein originated from a corpse of organisms living in the marine surface layer part that exists at the marine deep layer part, a nutrient salt and the like over a long term and integrating the marine deep layer part (2) and marine surface layer part (4) by forming "the Bose-Einstein coagulation field" as the integration of the marine deep layer part and the marine surface layer part.
