PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an LnFeAsO having high superconductivity transition temperature.
SOLUTION : The superconductive material is the LnFeAsO (Ln is Y or rare earth) having strong ZrCuSiAs type crystal structure and has ≥106° to ≤113° As-Fe-As angle in an FeAs4 tetrahedron. When Ln is Nd, the angle of As-Fe-As is preferably ≤111° and when Ln is La, the angle of As-Fe-As is preferably ≤113°.
