PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a vehicular lamp allowing snow adhering to a front lens to be surely removed with a simple structure and at a low cost. SOLUTION : This vehicular lamp includes : a light source 11 for emitting visible light without including infrared light and having an optical axis nearly horizontally extending to the front side; a concave reflecting surface 12 for reflecting the visible light from the light source toward the front side; and a front lens 13 arranged in front of the light source and formed of a light transmissive material so as to cover an emission surface of the visible light advancing frontward from the light source or the reflecting surface. The vehicular lamp 10 is so structured that the front lens 13 is formed of the light transmissive material containing a rare-earth element or its ions 13a for absorbing the visible light to generate infrared light.
