PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a power motor employing a high performance bond magnet. SOLUTION : In the power motor, the field is formed by a bond magnet composed of Co-less R1 based d-HDDR coarse powder having specified mean particle diameter and mixing ratio and having surface covered with surfactant, R2 based fine powder having surface covered with surfactant, and binder resin (R1 and R2 are rare earth elements) where the circumference of the Co-less R1 based d-HDDR coarse powder is surrounded by a ferromagnetic buffer produced by dispersing R2 based fine powder uniformly into the resin. The power motor employing that bond magnet exhibits not only high performance but also excellent thermal resistance. COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
