PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce the amount of rare earth as rare resources used for a magnet body having a fluorine compound, especially, a rare earth fluorine compound formed on a surface of Fe-based magnetic powder, and to improve magnetic characteristics.
SOLUTION : The magnetic characteristics are improved with a small amount of rare earth by coating a surface of Fe-based magnetic powder, a sintered body, or a temporal molding, with a fluorine compound-based solution with optical transparency at a necessary part depending upon the purpose of use, and by growing a laminar fluorine compound. Therefore, a magnetic circuit is obtained which meets requirements for high coercive force, high magnetic flux density, high specific resistance, etc., and has high heat resistance and low loss (high efficiency).
