PURPOSE : A re-tension cylinder device is provided to reduce the time for re-engineering and re-designing by rapidly and accurately measures the pressure in the field.CONSTITUTION : A re-tension cylinder device comprises a head(10), a load(20) and a fixed nut(30). The head has a hydraulic chamber(11) and an insertion hole(12). A plurality of strands(90) is inserted on the insertion hole. The load is upward moves by the pressure from the hydraulic chamber of the head and extends wires.
