A model of evolution of signal of a chromatographic column is formed, then reversed according to measured signals, to calculate the concentrations of the aqueous solutions by exploiting all the signal. The model is based on equations controlling the transport of the aqueous solutions in the column according to various physical parameters, which can be revalued. Application in the search and the measurement of rare components, such as proteins in the biological samples of liquids.
