A model animal having an inflammation at the small intestine is prepared by ischemic reperfusion. A search for a peptide specifically adsorbing onto an inflammation site on the intestine is made by conducting an ex vivo panning using a small intestine tissue collected from the model animal with respect to the phage library that displays a peptide comprising randomly arranged seven amino acid residues on the surface of its particle. As a result, a peptide capable of causing a phage particle to specifically bind to the intestine having an inflammation is found, and the sequence of the peptide is also found.
