PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laser-beam irradiation heat-treatment apparatus having simple constitution by using the laser-beam and good laser-beam absorbing efficiency. SOLUTION : This laser-beam irradiation apparatus includes a laser-beam irradiation head 600 which performs the laser-beam irradiation to a work piece W, and reflecting parts (660, 670) with which the work piece W is re-irradiated by reflecting as several times between the laser-beam LB irradiating the work piece W from the laser-beam irradiation head 600 and the outer peripheral surface 111 of the work piece.
