A hot metal production method using tuyere damage prevention technology is provided to secure normal airflow rate by making descent of material at the initial stage of re-blowing smooth so as to prevent production of low temperature melt around the tuyere. A hot metal production method using tuyere damage prevention technology comprises a step of charging a material(4) for the level-up of stock line after the level-down of furnace wall for repair, where the material is charged from the charge level at the level-down work to the height of 5% of tuyere height, a step of reloading the material to the height when the temperature of the material reaches 130 degrees, and a step of repeating the above steps until the level of the charged material in a furnace(F) reaches the charge level at the normal work.
