PURPOSE : A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to install a magnet layer in a rotor core more easily by directly forming the magnet layer by attaching magnetic material capable of re-magnetization in an outer circumference of the rotor core.CONSTITUTION : A plurality of conductors(120) is installed along an edge of a rotor core(110). A magnetic layer(130) is formed by attaching magnetic material, capable of re-magnetization by an exciting pole, to an outer circumference of the rotor core. Powder of rare earth type alloy(Nd-Fe-B Alloy) is used as the magnetic materials capable of the re-magnetization. In a surface of the magnet layer, an oxidation prevention layer(131) is formed. The conductor and an end-ring are simultaneously formed in the rotor core(121).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
