PURPOSE : A spiral UCLA abutment system is provided, which can prevent implant unscrewing by tightening the implant screw again using a re-tightening male screw. CONSTITUTION : A spiral UCLA abutment system is constituted as follows. Implant unscrewing is prevented by forming a helix in the part or the whole of the hollow inner surface of the UCLA abutment of the pipe shape. A re-tightening male screw(110) with a helix fitting for the hollow helix of the UCLA abutment prevents implant unscrewing by sticking to the implant screw head.
