PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an Ni-base alloy product which is minimal in the elution of Ni during use under a high-temperature water environment over a long period. SOLUTION : The Ni-base alloy product has a composition consisting of, by mass, ≤0.15% C, ≤1.0% Si, ≤2.0% Mn, ≤0.03% P, ≤0.03% S, 10 to 40% Cr, ≤15% Fe, 0.1 to 0.5% Ti, one or more kinds among 0.001 to 0.03% Ca, 0.005 to 0.2% rare earth elements (REM) and 0.001 to 0.03% Mg, and the balance Ni with impurities and also has an oxide film composed mainly of Cr oxide and having 0.1 to 2μm thickness on the surface. Further, in the Ni-base alloy product, no pores having a diameter of ≥2μm exist in the interface between the oxide film formed on the surface and the alloy under it, and also the number of pores having a diameter of ≥0.2 to COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
