PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To instantaneously re-constitute a three-dimensional image to store the image as three-dimensional image data. SOLUTION : The first data collecting section 15 generates projection data by view unit. The second data collecting section 16 receives the projection data by view unit from the first data collecting section 15 via a high-speed data transmission route, and transmits the data to a preprocessing section 34 via the high-speed data transmission route. The preprocessing section 34 corrects the projection data by view unit. A re-constitution auxiliary processing section 36 receives the corrected projection data by view unit via a high-speed data transfer route, and performs preprocessing for re-constitution. An image re-constituting section 37 performs collective reverse projection concerning the projection data by view unit, which is received via the high-speed data transfer route and already processed for re-constitution, by cross section unit for the same weighting, generates partial images for the portion of the plurality of views, synthesizes the images, and re-constitutes the three-dimensional image. The re-constitution auxiliary processing section 36 performs the postprocessing of the re-constituted three-dimensional image so as to store the image in an image storage section 38.
