PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To save energy and at the same time prevent a heat exchanger or the like for collecting heat from an exhaust gas being delivered from the combustion device of a high-temperature regenerator from being corroded even if it cannot be made of an expensive material with improved corrosion property. SOLUTION : An exhaust gas/absorption liquid heat exchanger 24 where an exhaust gas delivered from a gas burner 2 for heating an absorption liquid by a high-temperature regenerator 1 and rare absorption liquid being supplied from an absorber 7 to the high-temperature regenerator 1 exchange heat is provided at an absorption liquid pipe 11 at the downstream side of a high- temperature heat exchanger 10, and at the same time an air heat exchanger 25 for exhaust gas/combustion is provided at an air supply pipe 22 so that air for combustion being supplied to the gas burner 2 can be heated by the exhaust gas through the exhaust gas/absorption liquid heat exchanger 24.
