PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain the subject Lewis acid-containing substance having ready handleability, simply separable from water and an organic solvent, reusable, friendly to the environment by adding a metal salt of a bisperfluoroalkylsulfonylamide to a cyclodextrin. SOLUTION : A metal salt of a bisperfluoroalkylsulfonylamide of the formula [(Rf1SO2)(Rf2SO2)N]nM3 [Rf1 and Rf2 are each a >=1C or >=2C perfluoroalkyl; M3 is an element selected from an alkaline (earth) metal, a transition metal except rare earth elements, zinc, cadmium, aluminum, gallium, and the like; (n) is a value of integer equal to the valence of the M3 element], preferably of the formula [(Rf1SO2)(Rf2SO2)(Rf3SO2)C]nM4 (Rf3 is as shown for Rf1; M4 is as shown for M3; (n) is a value of integer equal to the valence of the M4 element) is added to a cyclodextrin (&beta , &gamma -cyclodextrin or its derivatives).
