PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a rare earth sintered magnet which can suppress rise of an installation cost and obtain a larger magnet with excellent accuracy and productivity by using an existing magnetic field formation device. SOLUTION : After a molded item is obtained by injecting granule of bulk density of 1.9 to 3.0 g/cm3to a die cavity, and performing press molding while applying magnetic filed; the molded item is sintered. In the process, the granule can be obtained by adding an organic liquid to primary alloy granule of a prescribed composition and attaching the primary alloy particle by the organic liquid. Furthermore, the granule can be also obtained by forming a preliminary molded item by performing press molding for the primary alloy particle and thereafter cracking the preliminary molded item.
