PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To radicalize moisture component in the air taken into an internal combustion engine or a combustion device, assist combustion and neutralize static electricity of carbon molecule in fuel so as to disperse and pulverize carbon materials, thereby improving the combustion efficiency. SOLUTION : Baking and pulverization of ceramic materials containing weakly radioactive substances (rare earth minerals) are repeated.
