A vegetation transplanter is provided to facilitate a transplantation process by separating a bottom plate from a frame member of a container containing a block of forest floor soil, and then taking out the block from the frame member. A vegetation transplanter(1) is attached to a crane and transplants a block(B) of forest floor soil to a place for transplantation, wherein the block of forest floor soil is formed by digging up a surface soil layer in which vegetation is planted. The plant transplanter comprises : a support part which consists of at least two forks(3) and supports a bottom plate(12) of a container(10) containing the block of forest floor soil; a connecting part(5) which connects the support part and the bottom plate of the container; a driving part(4) which slides the support part and separates the bottom plate from a unit frame(11) of the container; a collision part which comes into contact with the frame member moving with the bottom plate and controls the movement of the frame member when the support part is slid; and a receiving part which receives the bottom plate.
