PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a titanium alloy member which is composed of titanium alloy material having low solid-soluble oxygen content and is difficult to increase the deforming resistance, even in the case of repeating the strong-working and can highly be strengthened; and a manufacturing method for obtaining the high strength titanium alloy member.
SOLUTION : To titanium alloy raw material composed of the titanium alloy containing ≥0.4 mass%, desirably, ≤1.0 mass% rare earth elements, such as Y and La, etc., and having metallurgical structure of β phase and martensitic phase as the main phase and ≤10% area ratio of α phase and containing oxide of the above rare earth elements; after applying a solution-treatment, a cold-working exceeding 100% accumulated strain ratio, is applied.
