Proposed modifying agent comprises the following components, wt.-% : copper, 5.0-10.0; silicon, 3.0-5.0; manganese, 5.0-10.0; aluminum, 0.5-1.5; magnesium, 3.0-5.0; rare-earth metals, 5.0-10.0; boron, 0.5-1.5; molybdenum, 5.0-10.0; nickel, 5.0-10.0; titanium, 5.0-10.0, and iron, the balance.
