PURPOSE : Hydrocarbon steam cracking phosphorous oxide catalysts are provided to obtain excellent thermal stability at high temperatures and improve selectivity and yield of light olefin, a method for preparing the hydrocarbon steam cracking phosphorous oxide catalysts is provided, and a method for preparing light olefin using the hydrocarbon steam cracking phosphorous oxide catalysts is provided.
CONSTITUTION : As a phosphorous oxide catalyst comprising Cr and Zr, a hydrocarbon steam cracking phosphorous oxide catalyst is represented by the formula CrZriPkOx, where i is ranged from 0.1 to 50, k is ranged from 0.5 to 100, x is a number satisfying valence conditions of i and k, and i/k is ranged from 0.01 to 3. As a phosphorous oxide catalyst comprising Cr and Zr, and comprising at least one metal component(A) selected from the group consisting of Ti, Nb, Mo, V, Co, Ni, W, Fe and rare earth metals, a hydrocarbon steam cracking phosphorous oxide catalyst is represented by the formula CrZriAjPkOx, where i is ranged from 0.1 to 50, j is ranged from 0.01 to 30, k is ranged from 0.5 to 100, x is a number satisfying valence conditions of i and k, and i/k is ranged from 0.01 to 3. A method for preparing a hydrocarbon steam cracking phosphorous oxide catalyst comprises the steps of : (a) mixing distilled water with a metal mixture comprising Cr and Zr to prepare an aqueous solution; (b) adding a phosphorous precursor into the prepared aqueous solution; (c) adding ammonia water into the aqueous solution of the step(b) and coprecipitating the mixed solution to prepare a slurry; (d) subjecting the prepared slurry to refluxing heating or hydrothermal treatment; and (e) filtering, drying and firing the slurry of the step(d).
