Useful model relates to agriculture and can be used in processing of organic waste for preparing liquid phase of biologically active agents with multiple directions application : in agriculture, plant growing, in seed growing stage, and also in questions elimination of antropogenno -technogenic disorders land. Flow line for obtaining liquid phase of biologically active agents has successively installed in process direction and technologically connected bioreactor, extractor and filter. Bioreactor includes body 1 with cover 2 and located in it bubbling grid 3, air ducts with transverse 5 and longitudinal 6 aeration and control devices 7. Bottom 8 of body 1 bioreactor is made in the form of funnel with gates 9, 10 on its inlet and outlet holes, ; gate 9 on input hole funnel represents bubbling grid. Extractor is made in the form of reservoir with inlet pipe unions 12, 13 for supply of fermentation product and solvent and outlet pipe union 14 with damper 15 for removing extracted mass and stirrer, representing installed along axis of symmetry of reservoir rod 17 with n-number of uniformly arranged on it of blades 16. Filter is made in form of reservoir 19 with inlet unions 20 and 21 for feeding filtered suspension and compressed air and bottom 22 with union 23 for removal of filtrate, above which is installed false bottom 24 with filtering partition 25.
