PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a powder compaction method and a powder compaction apparatus or the like for performing continuous compaction even of a fine cavity over a long period of time by using a powder lubricant to prevent the occurrence of chips, flaws and cracks in a compact. SOLUTION : In a lubricant and gas feed part 21, a needle 33 is inserted to a fixed depth into a lubricant L stored in a lubricant vessel 31, thus the lubricant L is held in a fixed amount at the inside of a hole 33a in the needle 33, thereafter, the lubricant L held by the needle 33 is fed into a gas flowing inside a nozzle 30.
