The maximum waiting time corresponding to arrival of specific number of packets of active voice connection, of nodes (N1-N4), are computed. The delay threshold and probability for maximum waiting time, are defined. The bandwidth of output line (O) of a network node is controlled, such that delay threshold does not exceeded the defined probability.
