PURPOSE : An apparatus for tree-planting the slope by using a tree-planting mat and a constructing method of tree-planting by using the apparatus are provided to inhibit the displacement of slope and to improve the stability of slope. CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for tree-planting the slope comprises a root tangling tree-planting mat(M) which is provided with a support net(10) having a hole passing the root of a plant through, a tangling ring(20) continuously moving along the upper surface of the support net to maintain the tangling of root, and an air layer(30) formed between the tangling ring; and a mat fixing unit which is provided with a pressure cap supporting the tree-planting mat, and forms a solidified body integrated with a support file by injecting a solidifying agent into the earth and sand layer. © KIPO 2008
