PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a polyester-based adhesive sheet obtained by using the polyester-based adhesive gentle to the earth environment, excellent in both adhesion characteristic and transparency, and advantageously utilized for fixing a transparent material to be adhered, an adhesion related to a display, etc. SOLUTION : This polyester-based adhesive sheet excellent in transparency is provided by having the adhesive layer having 30 to 80 wt.% gel fraction and ≤3.0 haze value when its thickness is 50 μm on a substrate or peelable substrate, and consisting of a layer obtained by cross-linking treatment of a polyester-based adhesive composition obtained by incorporating 0.5 to 6 pts.wt. polyisocyanate compound to 100 pts.wt. polyester consisting of a polycondensate of a plant-derived diol with a plant-derived dicarboxylic acid, having 40, 000 to 200, 000 weight-average molecular weight (Mw), 0.1 to 1.0 mgKOH/g acid value and -60 to -10°C glass transition point.
