FIELD : chemistry of organophosphorus compounds, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE : invention relates to novel compounds used for extraction of rare-earth metal ions and comprising phosphoneamide compound represented by he formula [1] : wherein R1 means aryl group, aralkyl group under condition that each group can comprise a substitute chosen from alkoxy-groups; R2 means alkyl group, alkenyl group, aryl group, aralkyl group under condition that each group can comprise a substitute chosen from alkyl groups, alkoxy-groups; R3 means hydrogen atom, aryl group, aralkyl group under condition that each group can comprise a substitute chosen from alkyl groups, alkoxy-groups, halogen atoms; and two radical R can be combined to form alkylene group. Also, invention relates to a method for extraction of rare-earth metal ions and to a method for reverse extraction of rare-earth metal ions. Invention provides preparing novel phosphoneamide compounds and method for extraction and reverse extraction of rare-earth metal ions.
