PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a NOx reduction catalyst, a NOx reduction catalyst system and a NOx reduction method which have high NOx treating capacity even at low temperature. SOLUTION : The NOx reduction catalyst 5 for reducing a NOx in a gas to be treated comprises a catalyst carrier containing at least one oxide selected from the group consisting of Al2O3, TiO2, ZrO2 and a zeolite, at least one NOx adsorbing constituent selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal, an alkali earth metal and a rear earth, and at least one NOx cleaning constituent selected from the group consisting of V, Fe, Ce, and La.
