PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To control deposition ability of a resin deposited by electrodeposition in a method for attaining a pretreatment process and an electrodeposition process in the electrodeposition coating using the same electrodeposition bath by solely changing a voltage.SOLUTION : The water-based coating composition comprises (A) a rare earth metal compound, (B) a base resin having amino group and (C) a curing agent. The base resin (B) has 50-120 total amine value (converted on KOH mg/1g resin solid component) included in the resin and 15-50 amine value based on primary amino group.COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT
