An electric motor includes : a stator, a rotor, magnet blocks and coils. In this invention, four aluminum rods have additionally been introduced to run the motor. These will carry four pieces of steel metals attached at the end of each of them close to the nearest approaching magnet with the aim to cause a reactive magnetic force. As the steel metal is brought within the nearest proximity of the magnets, an attractive force is created whereby each metal piece incites each magnet to be drawn to grab it. The forces of attraction which are thereby generated cause the rotor to spin. As the shaft and the rotor maintain a clockwise revolution, fluxual fields are produced within the motor chamber. During this ongoing process, an induction is consequently produced in the coils to generate electricity as magnet fields are spread using two fans. Induction i s, therefore, produced by the fact that a forward movement was precipitated when the first rare ear th magnet started moving to grab the steel metal and misses it, causing the rotor to turn over the coils.
