PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ferromagnetic laminated thin film with a rare earth metal alloy layer which has no problem when used with high saturation magnetic flux density and at a Curie point of room temperature (25°C). ŽSOLUTION : The ferromagnetic laminated thin film having the rare earth metal alloy layer, the ferromagnetic laminated thin film formed by laminating a permalloy layer with the composition of nearly 80% Ni elements, an antiferromagnetic alloy layer which performs ferromagnetic exchange interaction on the interface with the permalloy layer and is composed principally of Mn elements, a GdZn alloy layer which performs antiferromagnetic exchange interaction on the interface with the antiferromagnetic alloy layer composed principally of the Mn elements, an antiferromagnetic alloy layer which performs antiferromagnetic exchange interface on the interface with the GdZn alloy layer composed principally of the Mn elements, and the permalloy layer which performs ferromagnetic exchange interaction on the interface with the antiferromagnetic alloy layer composed principally of the Mn elements in order, or formed by laminating unit laminated layers each composed of the four layers and then laminating the permalloy layer lastly.
