PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide rare earth bonded magnet components which are superior in dispersibility, handleafility and formability, a rare earth bonded magnet superior in a thermal characteristic and mechanical strength and a rare earth bonded magnet manufacturing method. SOLUTION : In the rare earth bonded magnet components mainly containing rare earth magnet powder and bonding resin, naphthalene-based epoxy resin is used as the bonding resin. The naphthalene-based epoxy resin preferably contains naphthalene-based epoxy resin, having one naphthalene ring in its molecule and naphthalene group epoxy resin having two naphthalene rings in its molecule. Imidazole or an imidazole derivative is preferably used as a curing agent.
