PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a compositing method of an electrode material capable of providing a uniform electrode material having excellent conductivity by mixing and crushing an electrode active material, a conductive assistant and a solvent by a wet method; an electrode using the electrode material provided by the compositing method; and a lithium ion battery. SOLUTION : In this compositing method of an electrode material, an electrode active material represented by LixFeyMe1-yPO4, where Me is at least one kind selected from Cu, Ce, Mn, Co, Ni, Cr, Mo, Nb, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ti, Zn, B, Al, Ga, In, Si, Ge, Sc, Y and rare-earth elements, 0
