Provided is a dental magnetic attachment (2) comprising a magnetic structure (5) disposed in a dental plate (4), and a keeper (11) made of a magnetic material for mounting the magnetic structure removably. The magnetic structure (5) and the keeper (11) are connected by a ball joint structure. The magnetic structure (5) has its body made of a rare earth magnet and covered all over its surface with a thin film of magnetic stainless steel or a metal film of a gold or silver plating film. The keeper (11) is constituted to include a head portion (8) made of magnetic stainless steel and formed to have a spherical or semispherical shape, and a fixed supporting portion (10) fixed into the position of a dental root (9). A spherical recess (5b) to be fitted on the head portion (8) of the keeper (11) is formed in the side of the magnet structure (5).
