PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnet forming body improving the degree of freedom in motor design by achieving both of improvement in the magnetic characteristics of a rare-earth bond magnet and a decrease in costs. SOLUTION : A laminated magnet is formed by laminating a first magnet forming body having first magnetic powder and a second magnet forming body having second magnetic powder different from the first magnetic powder. In the laminated magnet, the first and second magnet forming bodies have a magnetic particle and a binder made of oxide holohyaline binding the magnetic particle. A motor uses the laminated magnet.
