The present invention provides waterproof multi-element co-activated long afterglow light-accumulating phosphors, which have chemical constitute of aMO•bAl2O3•cSiO2•dGa2O3 : xEu•yB zN, wherein a, b, c, d, x, y and z are coefficients, and 0.5≤a≤2, 0.5≤b≤3, 0.01≤c≤1, 0.0001≤d≤1, 0.0001≤x≤1, 0.0001≤y≤1, 0.0001≤z≤1; M is Ca or Sr, N is Dy or Nd. In which Sr (or Ca), Al, Si, Ga are basic elements, Eu, B, Dy (or Nd) are activators. The waterproof multi-element co-activated long afterglow light-accumulating phosphors of the present invention not only have the advantage of long time of afterglow, but also have water-resistance which greatly exceed that of the prior aluminate-base rare earth long afterglow phosphors, and they have long luminescent time and maintain higher long afterglow property after being submerged in water for 60 hours, especially exhibit their superiority in operation or using under submerged or moist conditions.
